Went on one of my first real grown-up vacations, with two weeks away from work and little to no computer time. Getting back to it is a bit brutal.

Two things are making today a bit better. One is whispering "your emergency is not my emergency" quietly to myself, over and over.

The other is squeezing the hell out of my medium tension Gripmaster Prohands thinger. It's ostensibly for musicians and athletes, but I find it to very useful in workday stress busting, as well as providing my fingers some much needed flexing and stretching while working back up to using a keyboard 10+ hours a day.

I ordered the Medium Tension and that was right for me. If all you want to do is crush it like a stress ball the resistance is fairly low, but using any of the exercises described provides a great amount of resistance.
